1) The limits in the first integral need to be switched. The lower limit should be a and the upper limit x.

2) The variables "a" and "b" are written in italics in the lasts sentence/formulas where they are roman before that. Since the last formula is just a rewritten version of the first formula. We should delete the sentence starting "With substitution ... the term can be written as..."

Resolution from 2010-03-23 conference call: Restore the "With substitution ... " as "Note: With substitution ... " including the math formulas.
