      OpenFormula evaluators should accept Unicode strings, but shall accept string of ASCII (Unicode U+0020 - U_007F, inclusive) characters.

      Under 3.2 Text (String) OpenFormula evaluators should accept Unicode strings, but shall accept string of ASCII (Unicode U+0020 - U_007F, inclusive) characters.

      We refer to ASCII characters but do not define that term.

      Do we mean:

      U+0020 - U+007F?

      I ask because at 4.11.2 Simple Named Expressions, a comment says: "International characters are permitted in names, not just ASCII or Latin-1"

      And "ASCII" has had a number of meanings over the years so it seems best to specify it.
