      Description

      The current text for criteria where "search-criteria-must-apply-to-whole-cell" is false reads:

      "...if false, the matching field shall equal (or not equal) at least the field for the number of characters in the criteria."

      Leaving aside the issue with using "shall," it appears to say that matching is on the basis of the number of characters in the criteria.

      I suspect what was meant was:

      "if false, comparison is against any subpart of the field that matches the criteria."

      The same issue occurs in the next paragraph. I am correcting in on the same presumption as above.
