      Discard the first [ISO/IEC Directives] one and retain the second, more-specific version.

      Discard the [XML10] reference and use the [XML1.0] reference everywhere in the document.

      In the [XML1.0] Reference, replace "Forth" with "Fourth".

      In section 1.4, the first two Normative References, for [ISO/IEC Directives] are duplicates.

      Also, there are two references for XML 1.0 and one is non-specific (and both are mangled slightly).
