      Description says

      "The <table:covered-table-cell> element specifies cells that are covered by a <table:table-cell> 9.1.4 element that spans multiple columns or rows."

      And the note

      "Note: This element specifies cells whose content, if any, has been covered by a cell that spans multiple columns and rows. "
