      Replace specification text by
      "The text:condition attribute contains a Boolean expression. If the expression evaluates to true, the value of the text:string-value-if-true attribute of the <text:conditional-text> element is displayed. to true, the value of the text:string-value-if-false attribute of the <text:conditional-text> element is displayed."

      specification text of 19.779.3 and 19.779.4 is correct and the same. Thus, these sub chapter shall be merged into one sub chapter.
