      State that a <text:meta-field> element must not have more than 1 odf:prefix or odf:suffix property by declaring the properties to be instances of owl:FunctionalProperty in the part 1 OWL ontology:

      add the following line twice in the right places:
      <rdf:type rdf:resource="http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#FunctionalProperty" />
