Public Comment: draw:auto-grow-height and draw:auto-grow-width attributes

The current description fits the behavior. The draw:auto-grow-height and draw:auto-grow-width
is a feature to allow minimum sizes for text shapes. So the shape grows from the size defined in the
shape but it never shrinks. If text is removed it may grow a little less than before but its still only a grow
      operation.

Add the following clarification to the description of draw:auto-grow-height:

If both draw:auto-grow-width and draw:auto-grow-height are present, a consumer should first grow the size in the dimension of the major text flow (width for horizontal writing, and height for vertical writing). Only after that size component is fixed, a consumer should adapt the other dimension to fit the text content.
