      BINOM.DIST.RANGE must be moved into proper alphabetical order. i.e:

      1) section 5.18.7 should be moved behind 5.18.9 BETAINV
      2) in the function listing in 8.3.4 BINOM.DIST.RANGEshould be moved behind BIN2OCT
