Proposal:
The explanation of using the attribute values true and false should be oppossite.
In addition the given note in this section:
"Note: The table:search-criteria-must-apply-to-whole-cell is used with the <table:filter-condition> element when the table:data-type attribute has the value text and the table:operator attribute has a value of: match, !match, =, or !=."
could be misinterpreted that table:filter-condition might be the parent of the attribute. Instead the following wording make it clear:
