Remove 2nd paragraph (If the text:condition ...)

In 19.779.3:
If the text:condition attribute is not present, it is assumes that the formula true, meaning that the next row is selected unconditionally.

In 19.779.4:
If the text:condition attribute is not present, it is assumes that the formula true, meaning that the next row is selected unconditionally.
