BINOM.DIST.RANGE accidentally includes comment

In Part 2 Committee Draft 02-rev09 dated 11 June 2010,
In section BINOM.DIST.RANGE (6.18.9), the "Note" is included.

It's not supposed to be there; these versions should have such notes removed.

FYI, the note is as follows:
Note: This describes how the function works in OOo. KSpread has a similar function, called BINO, which takes the arguments in a different order, and doesn't have the 4th argument. Gnumeric doesn't have this function. Excel doesn't have this function.
