      In the comments about the percentage(%) unary postfix operator, it says:

      Postfix unary operator % (divide by 100). Note that this is legal with expressions (e.g., [.B1]%), it can be duplicated (1%%), and it does not change the meaning of other operations such as "+".

      How is duplicating the operator (1%%) defined?

      Also, for the prefix operators (+,-), there is no mention of duplicating the operators, is this allowed, defined?
