      In 5.8 References before "If in a RangeAddress the first part ..." add a paragraph:
      "
      If a RangeAddress contains no SheetLocator, the current sheet local to the position where the expression is evaluated is referred.

      In 6.4.11 Infix Operator Reference Range (":") add to Semantics:
      "
      If the operands contain no SheetLocator, the current sheet local to the position where the expression is evaluated is referred. If only one operand contains a SheetLocator or both operands contain different SheetLocators, the behavior is implementation-dependent.
