Either clashed -> clashes or clashed -> conflicts

namespace conflicts > 7.9 million "hits", namespace clashes -> 600K "hits" (not searched as strings)

      Description

19.583 table:algorithm - "To avoid name clashed between different consumers," - wrong tense

Last sentence reads: "The namespace bound to the prefix establishes a unique context in which the name is understood to be local."

OK, trivially true but true for all namespaces. Why say it here? Plus the "understood" language. Simply is local.
