15.4.4 <anim:iterate> wording is deeply confused - see description

Reads in part: "The difference to a <anim:par> element is that the <anim:iterate> element does not specify effects for its target element itself. It iterates over child elements of the target element and executes all its child effects with the children of the target element as target."

1) Not necessary to mention <anim:par>

2) Not necessary to say what the target is not

3) Simply state the definition

Suggest:

"The parallel time container governs the execution of child effects of child elements of the target element."
