      Delete 2nd paragraph.

Insert: "A GRDDL algorithm for OpenDocument Format documents should map child elements of the <office:meta> element to RDF. A GRDDL algorithms should also extract RDF triples stored as RDFa attributes in document content and styles."

Adapt the first three paragraphs of 19.322 to:

The grddl:transformation attributes ** links to a transformation for extracting this RDF data from the document. See [GRDDL].

Note: This transformation is intended to be interpreted by consumers that do not support OpenDocument. **

The referenced transformation should map OpenDocument elements that are children of the <office:meta> element to RDF. It should also extract the RDF triples stored as RDFa attributes in the document content and styles.

      Description

If we are declaring what GRDDL algorithms for an OpenDocument instance should do, let's be a bit more forceful.

      Suggest:

"A GRDDL algorithm for OpenDocument Format documents should map child elements of the <office:meta> element to RDF. A GRDDL algorithms should also extract RDF triples stored as RDFa attributes in document content and styles."

      Yes?

BTW, curious how this single attribute declares "a file includes data compatible with RDF and links to algorithms for extracting this RDF data"? Or does the presence of a value mean the file has data compatible with RDF?

Curious, in paragraph 1 should we say: "links to a file with algorithms for extracting RDF data from the document." ?

Hard to say we are linking to algorithms.
