Resolution:
Reads: "If the text:condition attribute is not present, it is assumes that the formula true, meaning that the next row is selected unconditionally."
Suggest: "If the text:condition attribute is not present on the <text:database-next> element, formula true, meaning that the next row is selected unconditionally."
Revised suggestion (31July 2010) "If the <text:database-next> element has no text:condition attribute, the next available row is selected."
Question: What happens if there is no next row?
