part 1: 1.5 namespaces: empty table row

      there is an empty row in the table below the heading:
      "Table 2 - XML Namespaces defined by the OpenDocument metadata manifest ontology"

      i wonder if we need to declare the "pkg" prefix from part 3 here?
      part 1 does not define anything in the "pkg" namespace, but does reference it (in 4.2.2.2):
      "The odf:ContentFile class is a subclass of pkg:File."
