      The HOST-REFERENCE-RESOLVER is an abstraction, and clearly how it is establisehd with an evaluator is host-dependent. And the host might specify that some or all of the characteristics of such a resolver are implementation-defined/-dependent. \

      The degree to which this is implementation-dependent/-defined and the degree to which there are specific provisions applicable to an integration of OpenFormula in a given document format should be left to be specified by the hosting specification (just as HOST-LOCALE and others could be defined as implementation-dependent or not-supported, etc., in a host-document specification).
