      Description

Related to OFFICE-1286 which is about the possible removal - in ODF Next - of the attribute altogether. This one is about including a fallback mechanism for ODF 1.2.

      Currently it reads
"The form:control-implementation attribute specifies a specific concrete rendition or implementation of a control that should be instantiated."

Since the elements this attribute is usable with (<form:button>, <form:time>, ...) already provide information what type of control is to be used, an implementation is able to (and should) provide a fallback mechanism in case the value of form:control-implementation represents an unsupported or unknown rendition
