      Description

      Reads now:

"The <form:property> element defines a property that is not defined by this Standard. Each such element represents a single property, and contains its name, type and value."

Encountered it while resolving "such" issues.

      Suggest:

The <form:property> element defines the name, type and value of a property.

Seems more straight forward to me.

          Perhaps use "... implementation-specific property" ?

The resolution sounds good to me. I don't think we need to add "implementation-defined" or the like. That is the default if we don't define the property names.
