      suspiciously missing in this list is the only other element on which the text:relative-tab-stop-position can occur,
      namely <text:table-of-content-source>.
      this is apparently already the case in the ODF 1.1 specification.

      because i cannot think of a reason to leave the default value on one of the indexes unspecified, while specifying it on the others, i'm proposing to just add it to the list.
