      The chart:pie-offset attribute specifies the distance of a segment from the center of the circle in case of circle charts. The offset is given as an integer which is interpreted as a percentage of the radius of the circle.

      The description of chart:pie-offset indicates that it is a percentage but its type is NonNegative Integer.

      I assume this means that the percentage is really one-hundreds of the given value, ie a value of 1 is really supposed to mean 1%=0.01. This should be clarified!
