Public Comment: Comment on ODF 1.2 OpenFormula (6.5.2 MDETERM)

In 6.5.2 MDeterm replace the following text from the Semantics section:

"where P denotes a permutation of the numbers 1, 2, ..., n and sgn(P) is the sign of the permutation, which is +1 for an even amount of permutations and -1 for an odd amount. Matrices with a non-zero determinant are invertible."

      with

"where P denotes a permutation of the numbers 1, 2, ..., n and sgn(P) is the sign of the permutation, which is +1 for even permutations (i.e., permutations that can be written as the composition of an even number of transpositions), -1 otherwise. A transposition on 1,...,n is a permutation of 1,...,n with exactly (n-2) numbers fixed."
