20.180 - need clarification about the behavior of fo:font-family and style:font-name attributes

      Section 20.180 states "Instead of this attribute [fo:font-family], the style:font-name attribute should be used to specify the properties of a font." This text changed changed from "suggested" to "should" between version 1.1 and 1.2. Is this behavior now a requirement?
