      19.318 form:value, change datatype fo <form:radio> and <form:checkbox> to "string".

      Break up 19.318, 19.291 (max-value) and 19.292 (min-value) into multiple section, each describing the element for one of the possible datatypes.

      19.318 form:value currently reads at the beginning:
      "The defined value types for form:value attribute values are:
      ● <form:radio> 13.5.18: boolean."

      and at the end:
      "The form:value attribute has the data type string 18.2."

      This appears to be a conflict. Moreover, OOo 3.2. happily saves arbitrary strings as values for the form:value attribute of <form:radio>. Gnumeric also permits arbitrary values in its radio buttons.
