      Description

19.318 form:value currently reads at the beginning:
"The defined value types for form:value attribute values are:
      ‚óŹ <form:radio> 13.5.18: boolean."

      and at the end:
"The form:value attribute has the data type string 18.2."

This appears to be a conflict. Moreover, OOo 3.2. happily saves arbitrary strings as values for the form:value attribute of <form:radio>. Gnumeric also permits arbitrary values in its radio buttons.
