In 20.337 style:rotation-angle we have:
"The style:rotation-angle attribute specifies the rotation angle of content."
as its complete description.
This attribute can be used with <style:chart-properties> 17.22 and <style:table-cell-properties> 17.18.
The meaning when used with <style:table-cell-properties> 17.18. seems to be clear, but when used with a <style:chart-properties> 17.22 it is not clear what "content" refers to.
For example, if this is used in a style applied to an axis, what is the content of that axis? (OOo3.3 seems to use this attribute to indicate that each individual label is rotated while Gnumeric uses style:text-rotation-angle for that purpose.)
