      No change. If no master page style is specified, it is indeed implementation dependent which one is used. Since ODF does not standardize style names, it could actually not specify which one is the default. All what could be done is mark one style as the default. But then it would also be possible to set this on at the first paragraph.

      "The specification doesn't seem to indicate which master-page-name is the default master-page. When for example the very first paragraph of a text document refers to a style that doesn't have the style:master-page-name attribute or defines it as the empty string, then there should be a default master-page in order to determine the page layout. Is this the first style:master-page element in the office:master-styles element?"
