      In 5.11 delete the note:
      "Note: Some evaluators do not support the use of Unicode for identifiers."

      In 5.11 there is the note:

      "Note: Some evaluators do not support the use of Unicode for identifiers."

      Since everything is Unicode I don't think this is really what we mean. I suggest we simply delete that note (What is its purpose anyways?)
