Typos in part 2 (OpenFormula)

Section 1.1: This section ends with 2 blank paragraphs; these blank paragraphs should be removed. Section 2.3: This section has a doubled comma; replace ",," with ",". Section 2.3: The first "Note" needs to be indented to line up with the bullet list (this the note that says: "Note: Interoperability is improved by the use of the DATE and TIME functions or the textual ISO 8601 date representation because dates in that format do not rely upon epoch or locale-specific settings."). Alternatively, move the Note so it's after the bulleted list. Section 4.3.1: Drop the last paragraph Note "This specification does not require...". This is a duplicate of the paragraph a few paragraphs up. Section 4.5: Remove the two extra blank paragraphs at the end of the section. Section 6.16.18 (CONVERT): Near the end there's a blank paragraph of type "TODO"; these show up as all-red. Please make sure these aren't in the final! Section 6.18.13 (IMLN) mixes up mathematical notation with OpenFormula formulas. It'd' be best to use only one notation or the other in a single expression. In this case, I believe we can replace "LN(IMABS(X)) + IMARGUMENT(X)i" with "COMPLEX(LN(IMABS(X)); IMARGUMENT(X))" Section 6.18.14: in "IMDIV(IMLN(X),COMPLEX(LN(10),0))" all the commas should be semicolons. Similarly for the other complex number functions that use OpenFormula functions as Semantic definitions. Section 6.19.1: replace " shall " with a bolded "shall".
