Replace all occurrences of "URL" with "IRI", except those there "url" is an attribute value, or part of an attribute name.
(Note a search for the term URL in upper case returns the occurrences that should be changed).

In ODF 1.2 CD 05 editor revision 04 there are a few occurrences of the term "URL". To be consistent, these should be replaced with IRI.
