Replace the description in 19.372 to match the treatment of 19.384 office:time-value.

PS: To be fully-aligned with Errata02, one should say that "For <text:user-defined> elements this attribute is only interpreted if the corresponding <meta:user-defined> meta:value-type attribute has value "date", and I am putting this in here. It should also be done for the other Value Attribute(s).

Note, also, that the office:date-value attribute does not specify a "default type" for a database, the office:value-type attribute seems to accomplish that. There seems to be a cut-and-paste error here.

Replace the text of 19.372 office:date-value with the following paragraphs:

      """
      The office:date-value attribute specifies the date or date-time value for a table cell (<table:change-track-table-cell>, <table:covered-table-cell> and <table:table-cell>), a text field (<text:expression>, <text:user-defined>, <text:user-field-decl> and <text:variable-set>), or a form property (<form:list-value> and <form:property>).

It specifies a default value for database columns and database column definitions (<db:column> and <db:column-definition>).

For <text:user-defined> elements, this attribute is only interpreted if the corresponding <meta:user-defined> element has attribute meta:value-type="date".

      Description

This issue is raised to reconcile ODF 1.2 with ODF 1.0 Errrata 02.

The description in 19.372 office:date-value is very out of date. It is not consistent with Errata 02 and it is also not updated for all of the other ways that office:date-value arises in ODF 1.2 documents.
