Consistency issues in part 2

I did run the consistency checks on part2. They check for unresolvable references, but also since today whether annotation sections contain paragraphs that are neither "Offset Notes", "TODO"s, "Rationale"s or test cases.

The following errors have been reported

6.6.2 BITAND, 6.6.3 BITLSHIFT, 6.6.4 BITOR and 6.8.3 IMABS: The "See also" paragraph is contained in an annotation section

6.12.4 AMORLINC: The "see also" paragraph still contains a reference to the deleted function AMORDEGRC

6.10.11 ISOWEEKNUM: Some of the updated text now appears in an annotation section

6.14.10 MULTIPLE.OPERATIONS: The annotation section contained an empty "See also" (Not really an issue, but the checks reported that)

6.15.4 IF: The annotation section contained an "anchor:IF" (Not really an issue, but the checks reported that)
