      No action, except that the "When a formula is stored as an XML attribute" portion in Part 2, 5.4 should be removed.

      Part 2 is not limited to the character repertoire of XML. The BNF is correct. One can have OpenFormula strings that are not expressible in XML.

      In Part 1, when formulas are stored as XML, in table:formula, it is clearly stated that formulas in that attribute must conform to characters permitted in an xsd:string.
