In Part 1, 9.4.2 <table:null-date>, adapt the dates in the note to ISO notation.
Replace

Note: Commonly used values are 12/30/1899, 01/01/1900, and 01/01/1904.

with

Note: Commonly used values are 1899-12-30, 1900-01-01, and 1904-01-01.
"
Keep the "Attribute Value Instance" style, as then the values noted are indeed instances of attribute values.
