Resolution:
In the production of CD06, the table:condition was discussed extensively and reconciled with the allowance of bindings to different sub-expression evaluators. The same issues apply to style:condition but no reconciliation was applied in CD06.
In the CSPRD02 Public Review of CD06, a question was raised about commas in numberValue that pointed out that this reconciliation was not only missing but that the current definitions of some parts of the style:condition formula are seriously ambiguous if not completely incorrect.
This issue remedies both situations by applying a counterpart to the alignment achieved with table:condition.
