      Description

      In 4.11.8 we find "A value beginning with a comparator (<, <=, =, >, >=, <>). 6.4.9 "
      Now, in 6.4.9 the = and <> comparators are not defined. ("<", "<=", ">", ">=")

      4.11.8 defines special behaviour of the = and the <> operators. Cmp. 6.4.7 and 6.4.8 for the infix operators.

          Applied in OpenDocument-v1.3-wd09-part4-openformula.odt

          The original entry for = was followed by an unlabeled reference to empty cell. Corrected to read:

          *****

          For =, if the value is empty it matches empty cells. Empty cell 4.7, = 6.4.7

          For <>, if the value is empty it matches non-empty cells. <> 6.4.8

          *****

          Editors: the issue appliction is okay but somehow the header "Criterion" here was demoted to an ordinary paragraph so i thought easiest to reopen this issue...

          in wd10 it's still a plain paragraph, should be Heading 3? maybe a bug in the change-tracking implementation eats the formatting change?

          Applied, again, OpenDocument-v1.3-wd10-10-part4-openformula-changes-tracked.odt

          What's odd is that it shows up as a heading in the TOC but as Michael observed, an ordinary paragraph in the text. Will keep an eye on the final version for this error.
