      May be possible to specify single file format to accomodate multiple RDF files and CT. But, the question will be is it worth the effort?

      Q: Is anyone using the single XML file format as defined?

      Subject to TC approval, my proposal is to remove all references to the single XML file and reform the conformance clauses accordingly.

      One less option for implementers to either maintain or ignore.
