Color and tone adjustments miss a rule for background and alpha channel

      Description

      Some types of images can have an alpha channel. And images can have set an attribute draw:fill. The specification does not say, whether alpha channel and background are affected by color and tone adjustments. In Apache OpenOffice they are not affected.
