ODFF: PMT PayType parameter should be Logical, and Nper constraint?

Furthermore, LibreOffice, Excel and Gnumeric treat the Nper parameter
with constraint Nper != 0 instead of Nper > 0. If and how much sense it
makes to have Nper < 0 is beyond my financial background..
