The current sentence in 20.226 is:
"The presentation:display-date-time attribute specifies the visibility of from the <style:master-page> element with the presentation class date-time."

Notice the part "visibility of from".

The current wording for presentation:display-header, presentation:display-footer and presentation:display-page-number is
"visibility of a drawing shape used as a *** in a <style:master-page> element".

For an ODF 1.2. errata I suggest to use a similar wording as for the other display-*** attributes.
The fix for ODF 1.3. is handled in a separate issue.
