      ODF 1.3 wd09 has in section 6.16.13 BESSELJ the constraints "N >= 0, INT(N)=N; Evaluators may evaluate expressions where N >= 0 returns a non-error value."

      The sentence "Evaluators may evaluate expressions where N >= 0 returns a non-error value." makes no sense to me, because N>=0 is listed as constraint.

      For ODF 1.4 I suggest to remove "non-negative integer" as constraint (=OFFICE-4005). But I think we should discuss the wording for ODF 1.3 too.
