      Description

      19.633 says:

      *****

The table:end-position attribute specifies the number of the last
deleted row or column. The value of a table:end-position attribute is
      exclusive.

      *****

With a data type of integer, I get that much.

What I'm missing is: "The value of a table:end-position attribute is
      exclusive."

As opposed to who or what?

I would say opposed to "inclusive". But of course that would mean that the row or column numbered table:end-position would not be deleted (which doesn't sound like itis making sense.)
