The new element <text:drop-down> has the attribute text:name to identify it. And its child element <text:label> has an attribute text:value. Both attributes are missing in the list of changes in the appendix.

There exists already attributes text:name and text:value in other contents. Therefore I'm not sure, whether it should go to the part "new attributes" or the part "changed attributes".
