      Regina Henschel: In part 2, section 4.16.14.2: The text has version "1.2", but the
      generated text in the gray box has "1.3"

      Frances Cave: The value '1.3' is in the manifest schema (line 209), so it isn't clear to me why this hasn't been included when generating the text box in 4.16.14.2. Maybe because the XSLT script doesn't expect rng:value as the immediate child of rng:attribute.
