      Exchange the old text:
The draw:extrusion-rotation-center attribute specifies the position of a rotation center in shape-size fractions. If the draw:extrusion-rotation-center attribute is omitted, the geometric center of the shape is used as the rotation center.

      with the new text:
The draw:extrusion-rotation-center attribute specifies the position of a rotation center. The attribute value has data type vector3D. X- and Y-component of the vector are in shape-size fractions, Z-component is in 10 micrometer units. The vector (0 0 0) addresses the geometric center of the shape.
The default value for this attribute is (0 0 0).

      Description

      The data type is vector3d.
The description is, "The draw:extrusion-rotation-center attribute specifies the position of a rotation center in shape-size fractions. If the draw:extrusion-rotation-center attribute is omitted, the geometric center of the shape is used as the rotation center."

Problem A: Shape size specifies only width (for X-component) and height (for Y-component). Width and height are meaningless for the Z-component. RichTextFormat and binary MS Office use Z-component as absolute value in EMU (36000EMU=1Millimeter). VML has the same problem in the description as ODF. Current AOO/LO implementations use 1/100 Millimeter.

Problem B: The description "fraction" does not include, which position is considered as 0.
