Remove the sentence "Every table shall have a fixed width." from section 20.399.

Add the following sentence to section 20.340.2
"To support consumers that do not support relative width, producers should also provide the current width with a style:width 20.399 attribute."

In 20.340.2 add the sentence: "To support consumers that do not support relative width, producers should also provide the width in a style:width 20.399 attribute."

In 20.399 delete the sentence: "Every table shall have a fixed width."

      Description

      20.399 style:width has the text
The style:width attribute specifies the fixed width of a table. Every table shall have a fixed width.

The schema specifies the style:width attribute as optional.
      https://docs.oasis-open.org/office/OpenDocument/v1.3/os/schemas/OpenDocument-v1.3-schema-rng.html#style-table-properties

And the width of a table is allowed to be relative, specified by the style:rel-width (20.340.2) attribute.

Therefore the text "Every table shall have a fixed width." is wrong.

To support consumers which are not able to resolve relative values, we perhaps recommend to always write out the style:width attribute, similar as it is done for graphic properties in 20.340.1
