      I'll just add the word 'uncompressed', that'll do as reminder IMHO.
      As detailed in the general clauses, ODF11i does not replace ODF 1.1 conformance clauses, but adds to it, so the "shall" is already there

      Description

      On section 17.4 MimeType I would like to see the requirement added that
      the mimetype file is to be stored uncompressed like it is defined in the
      ODF specification.
