      Description

      In view of ODF 1.1 3.1.1 "Conforming applications (...) shall not
      deliberately implement a different behavior depending on a certain
      generator string."

      What is the point of requiring a <meta:generator> since a conforming
      application may not act on it. (I don't understand how a computer program
      could do anything that is not deliberate.)
